Letrozole pct
Letrozole is an oral medication that belongs to a class of drugs known as aromatase inhibitors, primarily used in treating hormonally-responsive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. By inhibiting the aromatase enzyme, it reduces estrogen levels, thus slowing or reversing cancer growth. It is part of adjuvant therapy post-surgery or with chemotherapy/radiation to minimize recurrence risk. Letrozole also sees off-label use in managing infertility related to polycystic ovary syndrome by inducing ovulation.
